GenuTax Standard - Program Help - File | Password

The Password menu under the File menu gives access to two menu items that allow you to manage the protection of a GenuTax taxpayer file with a password. Click on each link for more detailed information.

The items in this menu are:

• Add allows you to protect the currently-open taxpayer file with a password, or to change the current password.
   
• Remove allows you to remove password protection from the currently-open taxpayer file.
